What we see as a refurbished machine is a computer rebuilt from a 35 pass data erasure wipe process, rebuilt with all the latest updates from Microsoft and ONLY with 100% legal software.

We test as far as possible to ensure you have a working system which also come with a warranty. But we stress that we can help beyond this depandent on the error. In the unlikely event of an issue. contact us and we will see what we can do. Even if it is just to advise, we will help as far as we can.

To show it is a genuine refurbished machine, we use genuine Microsoft refurbished COAs. Microsoft will create a new product key for the machine whch is to be used for any future product activation
